Oswald Harding Official Funeral Set for July 27 at UWI Mona Chapel
An official funeral for Professor the Hon. Oswald Gaskell Harding takes place on Monday, July 27 at the University Chapel on the University of the West Indies (UWI) Mona Campus in St. Andrew. The service begins at 10:00 am.
Professor Harding died on June 24. He previously held office as Minister of Justice and Attorney General. He remains Jamaica’s longest-serving Senator and was the first to hold the post of President of the Senate across two separate, non-consecutive terms.
