Amber Rose Files Suit Against Beverly Hills Club Over Alleged Ceiling Decoration

Model and entrepreneur Amber Rose has taken legal aim at Gravitas, a private dining club in Beverly Hills, over an incident she says unfolded at a New Year's Eve 2024 gathering. According to her claim, a decorative piece suspended from the ceiling came loose and hit her in the head.

Rose contends the blow rendered her unconscious and has left her with continuing physical, mental and emotional harm. She received care at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center for a head injury and pain in her neck.

Her lawsuit argues the club failed to properly maintain or fasten the ornament and asks for damages without naming a specific sum.
