The lush canopy at Tranquility Gardens inside the breathtaking Dunn’s River Falls on St Ann’s scenic north coast was transformed with beautiful décor and non-stop party energy at Cabana Day Club.
Top-flight DJS and delectable fare delivered euphoric heights on Monday, May 25, for partygoers who turned out for the 10th anniversary staging of the daytime escape.
Sporting vibrant shades of pink and yellow, the venue was a tropical playground and patrons arrived at the stylish space ready to party in chic cabana setting.
The soundtrack for the day came courtesy of DJs Lank, Franco, Insane, Nicco, and Ashile, who kept the energy flowing from start to finish. Each selector brought a distinct flavour to the musical journey, effortlessly weaving through house grooves, smooth R&B cuts, dancehall, soca, and pulsating Afrobeats rhythms that kept the crowd moving.
The culinary offerings also added to the day’s appeal, with a variety of mouthwatering options combined with premium drink selections. Quite a full sensory experience, guests sampled from the offerings as Plantation Smokehouse, Ultimate Dining, Mystic Thai, Wrap ‘N’ Roll, R& D Catering Service served up Chinese, Italian, Indian, seafood, soups, signature Cabana crab, and stuffed roast suckling pig.
“Our audience has evolved. They wanted more curated, brunch-style experiences, more luxury atmosphere, and opportunities to connect while having a good time. With this move we had the flexibility to deliver that. The response from patrons has been good. We had a seamless fusion of music, fashion, food, and vibrant social energy set against one of Jamaica’s most iconic natural backdrops. This wasn’t just a party but a standout moment and an escape into pure island euphoria,” said Warren Clarke, CEO of promoters Ascend Innovations.
