General Secretary of the PNP, Dr. Dayton Campbell, was very strident and sure of himself when he made accusations against Government Minister Daryl Vaz on a political platform.
Now he is sorry after he could not substantiate his bluster.
He now has to make a public apology on video in order to settle a defamation suit which was brought by Minister Vaz.
