Grammy-nominated producer continues to expand his catalogue while pursuing his vision of making the Shakespeare name "a powerhouse in the music industry" and one of Jamaica's premier hitmaking brands

Grammy-nominated Jamaican music producer Brandon Shakespeare, professionally known as Shakespeare, is continuing to cement his place among the country's rising production talents, building on international recognition while expanding his catalogue of hit records and collaborations.
Shakespeare, who hails from Portmore, developed his passion for music production as a teenager, dedicating countless hours to perfecting his craft before establishing himself as one of dancehall's emerging producers.
His growing catalogue includes collaborations with some of Jamaica's biggest names, including Sean Paul, Vybz Kartel, Popcaan, Shaggy, Mavado, Alkaline, Govana, Jada Kingdom, Teejay, Chronic Law, Jahmiel and Bayka.
One of the biggest milestones of his career came through his contribution to Sean Paul's Live N Livin, which earned a nomination for Best Reggae Album at the Grammy Awards. He also contributed to Teejay's I Am Chippy EP, which debuted on the Billboard charts.
Among his most productions is Govana's "Mawning Sir," a single Shakespeare describes as the song that changed the trajectory of his career. His production credits also include Govana's "Mi Seh," and later the remix with Jada Kingdom whch makes waves on the charts. "Mi Seh Remix," that have helped establish his signature sound within contemporary dancehall.
Shakespeare is currently focused on expanding his catalogue through the Mi Seh Riddim, which features tracks including Ding Dong's "Diggy," and IWaata's "Rhumpudum," while continuing to develop new projects with both established stars and emerging talent.

As each new release adds to his growing body of work, Shakespeare remains focused on creating timeless music and building a legacy that will inspire future generations.
