This serves to advise that Dr. Marian Allison Vaughan has provided written notice of her resignation as an Executive Director from the board of Image Plus Consultants Limited, effective July 15, 2026.
Dr. Allison Vaughan will remain with the Company as a Consultant Radiologist, a pivotal role she has held since 2009.
The board, management and team of IPCL use this opportunity to convey our appreciation to Dr. Allison Vaughan for her steadfast contribution as an Executive Director of the company for sixteen (16) years. We recognize and acknowledge, especially her service as Company Secretary for the almost six and a half years between January 2017 and May 31, 2024. It is noteworthy that this period of her service included the Company’s transition from a private entity to a listed entity on the junior market of the Jamaica Stock Exchange.
