JMMBGL wishes to advise that at the meeting of the Board of Directors of JMMB Group Limited held today, July 14, 2026, the Directors approved a Resolution declaring an interim dividend of $0.35 per ordinary stock unit in respect of shareholders on record at the close of business on July 29, 2026. The interim dividend will be payable on September 3, 2026.
The Ex-dividend date will be July 29, 2026.
