Kintyre subsidiary Parallel Real Estate Ventures announces leadership changes
Kintyre Holdings has announced a major leadership change at its subsidiary, Parallel Real Estate Ventures, as the company moves to strengthen its regional growth and real estate operations.
The company says the transition forms part of a strategic management partnership aimed at expanding Parallel's operational capacity and market reach across the Caribbean.
American businessman and former Tesla executive Edwin Xiao has been appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of Parallel Real Estate Ventures.
He will be joined by fellow former Tesla executive Dane Fairweather, an American of Jamaican descent, who takes up the role of Chief Operations Officer.
Kintyre says the new leadership team brings extensive international experience in infrastructure, energy, real estate development and construction management.
