Margaritaville (Turks) Ltd (MTL) wishes to advise that at a meeting of the Board of Directors on March 23, 2026, the board approved the appointment of Mr. Marc Ramsay as alternate director for Mrs. Charmaine Maragh, effective June 1, 2026.
Marc is an Attorney at Law and is the Managing Partner at Ramsay and Partners. He has extensive board experience and currently sits on several boards, including companies listed on the Jamaica Stock Exchange. He is also an approved Mentor for companies listed on the Junior Market of the Jamaica Stock Exchange. The board looks forward to Marc’s contribution.
