Trump says he will attack Iran tonight as oil prices rise and stock market drops

U.S. President Donald Trump is furious and frustrated with Iran’s attacks on oil tankers in the Strait of Hormuz.
Lashing out at Iranian leadership, the President bellowed: “I don’t want to deal with them anymore, they’re scum. They are sick people; they’re led by sick people. I think our negotiators are wasting their time.”
Last night, American forces fired on Iranian targets in retaliation for Iranian strikes on three oil tankers in the Strait of Hormuz.
President Trump says he will unleash hell on Iran tonight, and its people will be begging for mercy. He said he is done playing games.

The United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres said a return to full-scale hostilities between the two countries would have catastrophic consequences on the people of the region, international peace and security, as well as the global economy.
The Dow opened today 500 points down and went on to drop further by 800 points at mid-day trading. Oil prices rose to US$80 a barrel.
In response to President Trump’s threat, Iran’s Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi said: “ Addressing the civilised and courageous nation of Iran with derogatory language does not diminish its greatness.
“Iranians are known for their civility, culture and strong moral values. We do not answer vulgarity with vulgarity but with action: fearlessly and with great valour.”

Speaking at a NATO summit in Ankara, Turkey, President Trump said, “We can play games. But I’m not sure I want to make a deal. Let’s just finish the job.
“Iran’s air force is totally decimated, and their leaders are gone. Its combat capability is pretty low.
“Other nations respect us as a country again. Two years ago, NATO laughed at us….they don’t laugh anymore.”
