Argentina-Spain World Cup final set as Bruce lawsuit and cyber threats make news
Argentina and Spain will contest the World Cup final on Sunday in East Rutherford, New Jersey, with the defending champions seeking another title. England and France will play for third place in Miami, Florida, on Saturday.
In Jamaica, University Hospital of the West Indies chief of staff Dr Carl Bruce has filed another lawsuit against the Integrity Commission. The dispute concerns the commission’s demand for statutory declarations spanning more than six calendar years. Bruce maintains that, throughout the period covered by the request, he did not qualify as a public official under the Integrity Commission Act.

According to Vaz, subsidies built up during the current financial year will be recovered gradually once international oil prices become more stable.
