1 min read

AS Bryden & Sons Holdings recorded growth in both revenue and net profit for its 2025 financial year, which closed on December 31.

The regional distributor and consumer goods operator said profit before tax climbed 14.5 per cent to TT$160.5 million. Cash generated from operations also moved sharply higher, rising 145 per cent from the prior year to TT$254.9 million.

AS Bryden also expanded its interest in CPJ, buying a further 4.7 per cent shareholding and lifting its ownership to 80 per cent. Seprod, in turn, raised its stake in AS Bryden from 51 per cent to almost 80 per cent after completing a takeover offer during the period.

The company said its growth strategy remains centred on building out distribution, consumer products and pharmaceutical operations across the Caribbean.
