Black Ink Marketing to Stage South Florida Summit Linking Diaspora Investors to Jamaica Property Market

Black Ink Marketing Event Solutions Limited will put on the “From Deed to Key Investment Housing Conference” on June 5, 2026, at the DoubleTree by Hilton Sunrise – Sawgrass Mills in South Florida.
Organisers say the event is built to bring the Jamaican diaspora together with credible professionals, institutions and openings across Jamaica’s real estate, housing, land title and investment space. Branded under the theme “Invest in Your Piece of Di Rock”, the conference comes as more Jamaicans living overseas seek dependable advice on buying property, developing family land and securing financing.
The programme will include presentations, panel talks and networking sessions with sector specialists. Discussion areas are set to include the process for obtaining land title and avoiding fraud, real estate investment pathways, wealth-building beyond land and housing, legacy and generational wealth protection, public-private housing partnerships, and resilient, future-ready construction.
Jamaican entrepreneur and investor David Mullings, chairman and chief executive officer of Blue Mahoe Capital, is listed as keynote speaker. Conference organiser Maxine Miller said, “The initiative is designed to bridge information gaps while creating a trusted platform for engagement between diaspora communities and Jamaican stakeholders.”
Miller added, “This is more than just a conference; it is a movement focused on empowering Jamaicans abroad to confidently invest, build wealth and secure their legacy through property ownership and development back home.” She also said the South Florida staging is intended as the first in a series of international engagements to deepen diaspora involvement in Jamaica’s housing and investment landscape, adding, “We are taking Jamaica…to Jamaicans.”
The event is also expected to create direct connections between potential investors or homebuyers and exhibitors, including developers, financial institutions, attorneys, realtors and government agencies. Tickets for the June 5, 2026 conference are now on sale at spurropen.com.
