Russell Wilson and Ciara Cut Asking Price on California Estate to US$45 Million

Former NFL quarterback Russell Wilson and his wife, R&B singer Ciara, have returned their opulent Rancho Santa Fe home to the market, now asking US$45 million. That figure reflects a US$10-million reduction, a move that follows several months in which the mansion drew no buyer.

Spanning nine acres and named Amor Estate, the residence comes with its own football field, resort-style facilities, an in-house recording studio and close to 30,000 square feet of living area.

The pair bought the property in 2021 for US$14.5 million and reworked it into a lavish getaway suited to their tastes.

The lower price arrives as Wilson settles into life beyond professional football following his retirement, while Ciara presses ahead with her music and her various business interests.
