
Third fatality confirmed after Little London motorcycle crash in Westmoreland
A third person has died from injuries linked to a two-motorcycle crash that took place Friday night in Little London, Westmoreland.
Police have named the dead as Obrian Bruce, an 18-year-old construction worker of Shrewsbury District, Westmoreland; Donald McKenzie, a 41-year-old labourer of Little London; and Darren Bryan, 36, of Old Hope District, Little London. Two of the men died on Saturday, while the third died in hospital yesterday.
Investigators say the crash happened around 11:55 p.m. on Station Road near the Little London Police Station. The motorcycles were moving in opposite directions. At the Little London entrance, one rider lost control and struck the other bike head-on.
The injured men were taken to hospital, where they were pronounced dead. A fourth person remains under hospital care.
