CPJ Market Scent and Sip draws Sunday crowd for custom fragrances and wine

Sunday afternoon at CPJ Market felt less like a typical rest day and more like a guided tour for the senses. The venue’s Scent & Sip gathering, staged with fragrance specialists Prince D’Bruce Perfumery, gave guests room to mix their own signature perfumes while sampling thoughtfully arranged charcuterie and wines chosen to complement the mood.

Master perfumer Edwin Bruce steered the session, walking attendees through the craft of building a personal scent. The crowd leaned into the occasion with their dress—bright floral prints sat comfortably beside understated neutral tones—as conversation, aroma, and tasting unfolded in one shared space.
