Crash closes stretch of PJ Patterson Highway, police direct Clarendon-bound detour

KINGSTON, Jamaica — Police say a traffic collision has left a section of the PJ Patterson Highway blocked to motorists travelling toward Clarendon.

Drivers bound for that parish should leave the highway at the Spanish Town toll plaza and continue along Old Harbour Road until normal access is restored.

Traffic heading into Kingston is not affected and may stay on the highway along the usual route.
