Davion Jarrett named 2025 Dr Barry Wint Memorial Scholarship recipient

Davion Jarrett has been named a 2025 recipient of the Dr Barry Wint Memorial Scholarship, an award programme aimed at developing the next wave of healthcare leadership. Jarrett, a male student nurse, said the scholarship comes at a critical time for him and will help remove financial pressure as he continues his training.

Jarrett said he was thankful for the support, explaining that money challenges had been affecting his journey. He said the award will allow him to concentrate more fully on his studies while continuing to pursue nursing.
