This Resolution may be cited as the Integrity Commission (Total Annual Emoluments Exempt from Statutory Declaration Requirements) Order, 2023, Resolution. 2. The Integrity Commission (Total Annual Emoluments Exempt from Statutory Declaration Requirements) Order, 2023, which was laid on the table of the House of Representatives on the 19th day of December, 2023, is hereby affirmed. THE INTEGRITY COMMISSION ACT T HE I NTEGRITY C OMMISSION (T OTAL A NNUAL E MOLUMENTS E XEMPT FROM S TATUTORY D ECLARATION R EQUIREMENTS ) O RDER , 2023 In exercise of the power conferred upon the Minister by section 39(2) of the Integrity Commission Act, and of every other power hereunto enabling, the following Order is hereby made:— 1. This Order may be cited as the Integrity Commission (Total Annual Emoluments Exempt From Statutory Declaration Requirements) Order, 2023. 2. Twelve million dollars is the amount hereby prescribed for the purposes of section 39(2) of Act, so that section 39(1) of the Act shall not apply to a public official who is in receipt of total annual emoluments of less than twelve million dollars, and section 39(2) of the Act shall be read and construed accordingly.
