The management of Jamaica Broilers Group Limited (“the Company”), wishes to advise that the Audited Financial Statements of the Company for the year ended May 2, 2026 will be submitted after the due date of July 1, 2026. The delay has arisen from a comprehensive review being undertaken by the Company’s newly appointed Auditors, Ernst & Young, in respect of the Company’s Jamaican and United States operations. This process, which reflects the transition to a new audit firm and the scope of the Group’s operations across both jurisdictions, requires additional time to ensure the completeness and accuracy of the audited accounts. The Company anticipates that the Audited Financial Statements will be released on or before Monday, August 31, 2026.
