1 min readManchester

Manchester, Jamaica: Coleyville Murder Suspects – The Manchester Police have released composite sketches of two men who are being sought in connection with the murder of a Coleyville resident last year.

The deceased has been identified as Ceejay Mongal, otherwise known as “Indian”, a labourer of Dobson district in Coleyville, Manchester.

According to police reports, Mongal was attacked and fatally chopped by three men at about 5:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 14, 2025.

Investigators say subsequent probes led to one of the suspects surrendering to the police. That individual has since been charged and is currently before the court.

However, two other suspects remain at large. Based on descriptions obtained during the investigation, police have generated and released composite sketches of the men.

The Manchester Police are appealing to members of the public who may have information that could assist in locating the suspects to come forward.

Anyone with information is being urged to contact the Mandeville Criminal Investigation Branch (CIB) at 876-962-2832, Crime Stop at 311, the police emergency number 119, or the nearest police station.
