
Works Minister Responds to NWA Strike
Minister Responsible for Works, Robert Nesta Morgan is appealing for calm among National Workers Agency (NWA) staff who are currently restless over outstanding labour issues.
Morgan announced that both the Prime Minister and the Finance Minister are committed to urgently addressing and resolving the workers’grievances regarding wages and fringe benefits.
“The Government recognises the importance of the staff at the NWA and we are asking the staff to appreciate that we have acted and we are making the necessary movements.”
