Tampa Woman Kadian Bradshaw Identified After Hanover Death

Hanover

HANOVER, Jamaica — Investigators have named the woman found dead in Hanover on Monday as 33-year-old Kadian "Kadi" Bradshaw, who was associated with Tampa, Florida, and Bulls Bay in Hanover.

Police believe Bradshaw was living in the United States. Her partner, who is also believed to carry a US passport, is being questioned by police in connection with her death. He is said to be originally from Clarendon, but up to the report he had not been charged.

The two adults and a young baby, believed to be their child, had reportedly spent about a year in the Bulls Bay section of Hanover before the incident. Police understand that both Bradshaw and her partner had Jamaican ties.

According to the police account, Bradshaw and the man were involved in a dispute at the house about 2:00 am, during which she was injured. Concerned residents later contacted police after seeing the man in the early-morning hours walking with the baby along the main road in the direction of Lucea, after he had left the community. Lawmen later held him with the infant.
