Eppley Value Fund Reports Stronger Six-Month Earnings
Eppley Caribbean Property Fund’s Value Fund delivered stronger results for the six-month period that ended March 31 this year.
In its shareholder update, the Fund reported comprehensive income of BDS$2.67 million, up 16% from the same period a year earlier. Net operating income moved 9% higher to a little more than BDS$6 million.
Management attributed the gains to improved occupancy and scheduled rent increases within the Fund’s property portfolio. Funds from operations, used as an indicator of operating profit, advanced 22%. The Fund also closed the period with BDS$7 million in liquidity and said its balance sheet remains strong.
