This Resolution may be cited as the Integrity Commission (Amendment of Third Schedule) Regulations, 2023, Resolution. 2. The Integrity Commission (Amendment of Third Schedule) Regulations, 2023, which were laid on the table of the House on the 8th day of November, 2023, are affirmed. Seconded by: Mr. Morland Wilson. 2944 D PROCLAMATIONS, RULES AND REGULATIONS [D EC . 4, 2023 THE INTEGRITY COMMISSION ACT T HE I NTEGRITY C OMMISSION (A MENDMENT OF T HIRD S CHEDULE ) R EGULATIONS , 2023 In exercise of the power conferred on the Integrity Commission by section 64(1)(b) of the Integrity Commission Act, 2017, the following Regulations are hereby made:— 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Integrity Commission (Amendment of Third Schedule) Regulations, 2023. 2. Part A of the Third Schedule of the Act is amended as follows, and these amendments shall be read and construed as one with the Act— (a) in the Note— (i) insert immediately before the words “declaration is to be submitted” in Note 2 the word “statutory”; (ii) re-number Note 3 as Note 4 and insert the following as Note 3— “3. This form must be completed in full. Sections 1 to 15 of this form must be completed by all declarants. All applicable balances stated on supporting documents should be included on this form. ”; (iii) insert next after Note 4 (as re-numbered) the following Notes— “5. Please indicate whether assets and liabilities are held locally or abroad, and state the currency. 6. This form may be submitted by any of the following means— (a) by the Electronic Declarations System (“eDS”) maintained on the official website of the Commission; or (b) by delivering the form by hand to the Information and Complaints Division of the Commission.”; (b) insert next after the Note (as amended) the following heading— “PARTICULARS OF DECLARANT AND SPOUSE”; (c) in section 3, delete the word “INVESTMENT’ and substitute therefor the word “INVESTMENTS”.
