Father and son found bound and shot dead at Manchester home
Manchester police are investigating the suspected execution-style killing of a father and son whose bodies were found at their home in New Forest, in the southern section of the parish, early Friday morning.
The dead men have been identified as Hubert Ferguson, otherwise called Bestie, and his 31-year-old son, Floyd Ferguson, also known as Fido.
According to reports, police went to the house after hearing explosions coming from the property. When officers arrived, both men were discovered lying face down inside a room with gunshot wounds to their heads. Their hands had been tied.
Several vehicles, including luxury motor cars, were found at the premises.
TVJ News reported that investigators suspect the killings may be connected to lottery scamming. The elder Ferguson was also said to have been an ex-convict who had served time for cocaine trafficking.
Both father and son were reportedly known to the police, who had been monitoring them over suspected involvement in lottery scamming.
