Shenseea links up with Daddy Yankee on FIFA World Cup 2026 anthem Echo
Dancehall star Shenseea is making another major international move, this time teaming up with reggaeton heavyweight Daddy Yankee on his new single Echo, which is part of the official FIFA World Cup 2026 soundtrack.
The Jamaican hitmaker sent social media into overdrive after sharing bold promotional photos and behind the scenes footage with Daddy Yankee on Instagram. She captioned the post, "ECHO for the FIFA soundtrack. Out Now! World Cup 2026!" The post quickly racked up thousands of likes and comments, with fans and fellow entertainers flooding the section with fire emojis.
While Echo is officially a Daddy Yankee release, Shenseea's presence is strongly felt on the track, as she delivers key hooks and refrains that inject a dancehall flavour into the global anthem.
Produced by Tainy, the record blends reggaeton, dancehall and electronic pop elements, creating a high-energy, stadium-ready sound aimed at the worldwide football audience ahead of the 2026 tournament.
Although only the official audio has been released so far, Shenseea also shared what appears to be behind the scenes footage and photos, sparking anticipation among fans that an official music video could be on the way.
