Stanley Motta Limited advises that it will be unable to meet the deadline for submission of its audited financial statements for the financial year ended December 31, 2025, and its Annual Report for the year ended December 31, 2025.

The Company now expects to submit the audited financial statements on or before May 15, 2026, and the Annual Report on or before May 31, 2026.
