450’s World on Fire climbs charts from Bermuda to Jamaica after May 8 release

Dancehall performer 450 has put out a new record titled World on Fire, which hit platforms on 8 May 2026. Dubshot handles distribution; Nbasyko and Weekday share writing credit, with Weekday also behind the boards as producer.

On Apple’s iTunes rankings the cut reached first place in Bermuda, landed second in Trinidad and Tobago, and opened at fifth in Jamaica. The title is now appearing on sales or streaming tallies in more than twenty territories worldwide. The official clip, shot under TopShootah’s direction, ranks eighth among YouTube’s trending videos. Inside its first few days the song has cleared more than one million streams and has risen into TikTok’s Top 20 trending audio clips.

The scale of the public reaction leaves 450 moved and encouraged. “My reaction is always gratitude. I love that the music I create is loved and makes a difference,” the entertainer said.

He said World on Fire grew out of an intensely private chapter, penned while he faced a stretch of personal strain. “This song was written while I was going through a little rough patch in my life and I just felt like the whole world was against me. Now just felt like the right time to release it so the fans could hear me express what I’m feeling. I’m sure there are plenty of people who feel the same way every now and then. The aim is that somebody else can relate and it will also help them if they’re going through a dark time in their life,” 450 continued.

Listeners often associate him with heartfelt lyrics carried on tuneful dancehall patterns, and he still leans on candid storytelling drawn from real life. He said loyal listeners and the way songs can reshape lives keep his creative drive alive. “My fans and just my love for music overall that heals and changes people’s lives,” he said when asked what continues to inspire him Creatively.

With his following widening abroad, he voiced thanks for steady encouragement along the way. “I appreciate each and every one of them that show their constant support over the years and can’t wait for them to hear the new music I have in store for them.”

Alongside the momentum behind World on Fire, he is lining up a packed stretch of stage dates. He stated that work is already in motion for 450 Live NYC on 23 May as well as additional engagements in several regions. “The preparation has been going great. We’re expecting a sold-out show as usual. We have a few other shows coming up in the Caribbean, Europe and Canada around the summertime,” he said.
