PROVEN Group Limited (PROVEN) wishes to request an extension from the Jamaica Stock Exchange for the publication of its Audited Financial Statements for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. This is primarily due to the delay in the preparation of the Financial Statements from an associated entity.
We anticipate that the submission and publication of PROVEN’s Audited Financial Statements will be made on or before August 14, 2026. As such, we are requesting an extension to submit the Audited Financial Statements to the Jamaica Stock Exchange on or before August 14, 2026
