Dolphin Cove Limited hereby advises Jamaica Stock Exchange that it requires additional time to file the Annual Report for the financial year ended December 31, 2025.
The request for extension is to allow management to provide outstanding information to the Company’s external auditors and allow time for them to complete their audit and issue their report to the shareholders.
The Company anticipates filing its audited financial statements on or before May 29, 2026.
