Eppley Limited advises that Mr. Maxim Rochester has resigned as a Director of the Company and Chairman of the Audit Committee, effective June 15, 2026.
The Company further advises that Mr. Justin Nam and Mr. Christian Hadeed have been appointed as Directors of the Company, effective June 15, 2026. Mr. Justin Nam has also been appointed Chairman of the Audit Committee, effective June 15, 2026.
Mr. Rochester’s resignation is in no way related to any disagreement in respect of accounting principles or practices, financial statement disclosure or any other issue impacting the Board, the Audit Committee or his ability to properly carry out the functions delegated by the Board.
