Heart College of Innovation and Technology is positioning itself as the sole campus in Heart that carries learners through to NCT Vet Level VI, according to Georgia Sherldier, who leads the school as team leader and director principal. In remarks dated 11 May 2026, she framed the college as a continuous-learning environment where classroom work stays tethered to live industry expectations.

Sherldier said the college keeps formal ties with several employers but singled out Cisco Systems as its principal partner. The institution is an approved Cisco Academy centre, a designation she said allows it to teach information technology modules to industry standards. Alongside that pathway, she pointed to high-demand credentials such as the Cisco Certified Network Associate designation and additional information-technology security certifications delivered with Cisco support.

Campus infrastructure she highlighted includes networked teaching labs, a resource centre, a steam laboratory, and an incubator-style workspace that together can support 203 active computer stations in a single session. Sherldier also noted that the institution operates as an authorised Pearson VUE testing site, enabling scheduled examinations not only for technology qualifications but also for other regulated professions, including insurance and medicine, among others.

She linked day-to-day innovation to embedded digital tools, citing Power BI dashboards that consolidate student and staff attendance patterns. She explained that pairing student figures with staff rosters gives supervisors on campus a fuller picture when they adjust daily routines. Those analytics, she said, give managers the timely evidence to tighten operations and keep the college running more efficiently.
