Chief Executive Officer Kevin Richards ने कहा कि March 2026 तक Kingston Properties का asset base US$98 million था। उन्होंने कहा कि value के आधार पर portfolio का 43 per cent हिस्सा Jamaica में नौ properties में है, 40 per cent Cayman Islands में चार properties में है, 15 per cent UK में तीन properties में है, और 2 per cent Atlanta, Georgia में एक multi-family property में कंपनी की interest से जुड़ा है।
