Supreme Court Rejects Bid to Block PFJL Jamaica Premier League Broadcasts

Professional Football Jamaica Limited (PFJL) says the Supreme Court has turned down an injunction request from PIVOTT LLC that aimed to stop the company from producing and airing Jamaica Premier League (JPL) matches.

In a statement released on Friday, PFJL said the Court also awarded costs in its favour and refused an oral application from attorneys for PIVOTT LLC seeking leave to appeal the ruling.

PFJL said that decision settles that part of the case. The organisation also directed readers to its full release.
