TVJ, IRIS Sport Media and CPSL set 2026 World Cup broadcast deal for Jamaica

KINGSTON, Jamaica — Jamaican football supporters are to get wide access to FIFA World Cup 2026 coverage under a new broadcast agreement involving IRIS Sport Media, Television Jamaica (TVJ), Caribbean Premier Sports Ltd (CPSL) and RUSH Limited.
In a statement issued Thursday, the organisations said the deal will cover several platforms, including free-to-air television, pay television, streaming services and digital channels.
Under the arrangement, viewers in Jamaica will get a major selection of FIFA World Cup 2026 matches on free television and digital outlets through TVJ and One Spot Media.
CPSL’s RUSH Sports service is also expected to provide wide-ranging premium coverage on pay television and digital streaming platforms across the Caribbean. That package is to include live games, highlights, studio shows, analysis, online content and special tournament features.
The partners said fans will be able to follow the competition on television sets, mobile phones, tablets and connected devices, giving audiences broader access and more viewing options.
“The partnership reflects a shared commitment to ensuring broad national access to the FIFA World Cup 2026 while elevating the overall viewing experience for Jamaican football fans,” the groups indicated.
The 2026 tournament will be the biggest FIFA World Cup staged so far. Leading football nations, including Brazil, Argentina, France, Spain, Portugal and Germany, are scheduled to compete in matches hosted across the United States, Canada and Mexico.
