Residents block Lacovia to Haughton route over poor roads, no utilities
ST ELIZABETH, Jamaica — The St Elizabeth police are advising the public that the main road from Lacovia to Haughton is currently blocked.
According to the police, residents have blocked the route due to concerns about poor road conditions, as well as a lack of water and electricity.
Commuters are being urged to expect delays and are encouraged to use alternate routes if possible.
