Trelawny, Jamaica: Trelawny police crash – Five members of the Jamaica Constabulary Force assigned to the Trelawny Division sustained minor injuries on Wednesday morning following a crash along Foreshore Road in Falmouth.
Reports from a police source indicate that the incident occurred around 7:15 a.m. while the officers were travelling in a service vehicle toward Montego Bay.
Investigators say the driver reportedly lost control of the vehicle on a section of the Foreshore roadway, causing it to overturn.
The injured officers, identified as three men and two women, were reportedly on their way to a shooting range when the crash happened.
All five officers were transported to the Falmouth Public General Hospital, where they received treatment for minor injuries.
The circumstances surrounding the incident remain under investigation.
