JAAA names Jamaica’s squad for 2026 World U20 Championships in Eugene

The Jamaica Athletics Administrative Association (JAAA) has confirmed the athletes who will represent Jamaica at the 2026 World Athletics U20 Championships. The meet runs from August 5 to 9 in Eugene, Oregon.

Among those named on the track and field roster are Shanoya Douglas and Gary Card, who will contest the short sprints. Other selected competitors will race across a range of events.

Athletes listed as reserves for individual disciplines will travel only if a chosen team member pulls out before the squad leaves Jamaica.

Team Leader Keith Wellington will head a full contingent of managers, coaches and medical personnel accompanying the delegation.
