
Fire crews were called out on Friday to Up Park Camp in St Andrew, where a building caught fire at the Jamaica Defence Force headquarters, according to Jamaica Fire Brigade Commissioner Stewart Beckford.
“We are fighting an active fire at Up Park Camp,” Beckford told The Gleaner.
He said the structure housed living quarters. A video being shared online showed flames consuming the building. No additional information was available immediately.
