West Indies all-rounder Justin Greaves has surged up the latest ICC Men’s Test Player Rankings following an outstanding series against Sri Lanka.
The Barbadian climbed 14 places to 49th in the batting rankings after scoring a superb 180, while also rising to 69th among bowlers and 17th in the all-rounder standings after claiming four wickets.
His performances earned him both Player of the Match and Player of the Series honours. West Indies also celebrated ranking gains for Shai Hope he climbed six places to 51st, Amir Jangoo improved to 60th and John Campbell advanced to 64th, giving the batting unit another boost ahead of future Test matches.
