Preliminary information indicates that smoke and flames were observed coming from the back of the bus earlier in the day. An eyewitness reported that the vehicle had been standing inside the terminus when the fire was noticed.
The blaze left the bus damaged before it was brought under control. Authorities reported no injuries linked to the incident.
