Medical Disposables & Supplies Limited (“MDS” or “the Company”) hereby advises that Mrs. Sheree Martin has stepped down from her role as an Independent Director of the Company, effective May 6, 2026.
Mrs. Martin was appointed to the Board on August 13, 2024. She recently assumed a senior leadership role and, in light of the expanded scope and demands of her new responsibilities, has transitioned from the Board of MDS.
The Board expresses its sincere appreciation to Mrs. Martin for her dedicated service, professionalism, and valuable contribution during her tenure as an Independent Director. The Company also congratulates her on her new appointment and extends best wishes for continued success in her distinguished career.
The Board will, in due course, consider appropriate steps to fill the vacancy created by her transition from the Board.
