NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Forty-ninth (49th) Annual General Meeting of the Jamaica Stock Exchange will be held at the Jamaica Stock Exchange, 40 Harbour Street, Kingston on Thursday, May 28, 2026, commencing at 1:00 p.m. in person and on-line (https://iteneri.com/jseagm) to consider and if thought fit, pass nine (9) ordinary resolutions and as special business of the Company, to consider and if thought fit, pass one (1) ordinary resolution.
