OOCUR marks 20th annual conference in Jamaica on Caribbean utility regulation

The 20th annual conference of the Organization of Caribbean Utility Regulators (OOCUR) took place in Jamaica under the theme “Navigating Caribbean Regulatory Challenges: Opportunities, Innovations and Collaborations.”

Sessions covered regulation of energy, telecommunications, water, and sewerage, along with regional cooperation and innovation in the sector. The gathering drew utility regulators, industry leaders, policymakers, and technical experts from across the Caribbean.
