
St Ann police expand search for missing Steer Town man Owen Hamilton
ST ANN, Jamaica — Officers in St Ann have broadened their hunt for 66-year-old Owen Hamilton, widely known as "Teacha" or "OG", who has not been seen for six days.
Hamilton, a resident of Steer Town in the parish, was last spotted on Saturday, July 4, while engaged in grave-digging work in Bamboo.
He is about six feet tall, weighs roughly 170 pounds, and has grey hair and brown eyes.
Anyone who can help establish Hamilton's location should call the St Ann's Bay Police Station at 876-841-0239 or 876-369-0145, or speak with officers at the nearest station.
Relatives are also urging members of the public to take part in a large search effort planned for Saturday, July 11, when volunteers will move through the Bamboo area in hopes of finding him.
Persons who want to join the search should phone Joseph Hamilton at 876-407-0350 to arrange participation.
