International recording artiste Lady Da Flame is promoting her new EP, The Journey, with No One Like You (Remake), a collaboration with reggae veteran Sanchez. Rawborn Productions produced the project, and the remake places reggae soul textures beside a current, forceful feel. Lady Da Flame brings a strong vocal presence, while Sanchez adds the familiar sound that has long defined his catalogue, giving the track an appeal that reaches across generations.
The artiste said working with Sanchez developed naturally. "Sanchez is extremely talented and professional, so it felt like a breeze," Lady Da Flame said. Both performers approached the song with the aim of making positive music, shaping it for younger and older listeners alike. For Lady Da Flame, the record also fits her wider purpose of releasing music that encourages people spiritually and remains meaningful over time.
No One Like You (Remake) has started appearing on charts, while earning station support and approval from established reggae voices. The release is also setting the stage for Lady Da Flame's Jammins Events Mother's Day appearance at UBS Arena in New York, where she is billed with Beres Hammond, Stephanie Mills and Romain Virgo. Her set is positioned as a tribute to mothers and legacy. The Journey also features All Praises To The Most High and More Dan Prayer, rounding out an EP shaped by her personal development and faith journey, with songs intended to lift, motivate and refresh listeners.
