Hip-hop star Lil Wayne is set to re-enter podcasting through a fresh weekly programme titled The Joint Venture Show, which begins July 22 on YouTube as well as additional platforms.
He will share hosting duties with sports radio figure Craig Carton, with the pair expected to trade open, informal talk on athletics, music and wider entertainment trends. After Young Money Radio found an audience, Wayne is looking to keep the tone loose and bring in notable guests from the entertainment and sports worlds.
The series is also meant to showcase his interest in sports analysis, extending the role he has already played through guest spots on NFL broadcasts.
