Mayberry Affiliates Acquire 475 Million Dolla Shares, Lifting MHL Stake to 38.20%
Dolla Financial Services Limited (DOLLA) has notified the market that a connected party disposed of 475,000,000 ordinary shares on 11 June 2026.
The listed firm said Mayberry Holdings Limited (MHL) and Mayberry Jamaican Equities Limited (MJE) jointly completed the purchase of the full block from Dequity Capital Management Limited (Dequity). MHL took 430,000,000 shares, while MJE acquired the remaining 45,000,000.
Following the transaction, MHL's direct holding in Dolla now represents 38.20 per cent of the company's issued ordinary share capital. Dequity's shareholding in the financial services company has been reduced to zero per cent.
