Millsborough Brunch Raises Support for Hummingbird Charities Health and Outreach Work

Last Sunday's annual Fête For A Cause fundraising brunch in Millsborough brought together dining, open conversation and a strong culture of generosity around the work of Hummingbird Charities Limited.

Attendees arrived in relaxed brunch attire to back the organisation's three core programmes: Hummingbird Feeds, Sole2Sole and the Bossman Initiative, a travelling clinic that offers complimentary health screenings to men islandwide.

The gathering went beyond fellowship. Hummingbird Charities formalised a memorandum of understanding with the Jamaica Cancer Society, opening the door for the Bossman Initiative to broaden its mobile outreach with free general medical check-ups and cancer screenings as it pursues a target of 1,000 men screened in 2026.
